Hi everyone!

Just a short note of introduction. The Mrs. & I have currently have three dogs. Two English Springer Spaniels-Bonnie & Clyde-Yes they are a couple of little gangsters! Both are field bred and wonderful pets, too! Tasha is a Golden Retriever. All three of these crtitters are about two years old and lovable.
Hi,

We've put together some forum rules in order to keep the community a friendly place, and to respect each and every member appropriately.

1) Be polite and respect the opinion of others.

2) Do not use profanity (swearing) in posts, as the forum is open to all ages.

3) No spamming or trolling. Spam are repetitive posts, made deliberately to advertise something, or to annoy the recipient and trolling is somebody who generally likes to cause upset and argument on forums.

Did anyone see this programme? For those of you that didn't, you can watch it in parts on youtube CLICK

I was just interested to hear everybody's views . I thought the show did take quite a pessimistic view on all pedigree dogs which wasn't good (as there are healthy purebreds out there!). Some of the points raised I thought were good though.

I don't really understand some of the Kennel Club standards, some of them are so extreme!
